Service names are the label that is associated with each of your phone numbers. These service names help to identify which phone number you are looking for in the phone numbers list, callflows and to determine how many calls phone numbers are getting in our reporting.

Step 1 - Under the Phone System menu, select Phone Numbers.

Step 2 - Click the checkbox for the number you would like to rename then click change service name.

Step 3 - Enter your new service name and click update. Repeat these steps for any other phone numbers you wish to update.
