Can I block numbers from my Jet services?

Inbound Calls

Usually, callers outside Australia are unable to contact any premium services in Australia, such as 1300 or 1800 numbers.

Unfortunately, we cannot block incoming calls to Jet services from any number, provider or country.

Outbound calls

Outgoing calls via your Jet phones can call any local, mobile, 1300 or 1800 number within Australia without restriction. 

We do not allow any calls to paid premium services such as 1900 numbers.

We do allow calls to select overseas destinations when you purchase an International Calling pack. More information on international calling features can be found here: How to set up international calling

SMS

Jet does not support SMS messages from international numbers, or from authentication services using Alpha sender IDs that do not come from a valid number (eg: messages from banks or software where the caller ID is an alpha string such as "WESTPAC" or "MICROSOFT", instead of from a valid mobile service).
