One your numbers are assigned to your account, they are reserved for your use alone.
If you have a scenario where you wish to release your numbers and receive new services in their place, this process must be completed by the Jet Support team.
Please contact Jet Support and select the ticket reason of Modify A Service and the secondary reason of Other.
Include the details of all phone numbers you wish to replace, along with any specification on the new number you require. You will not be able to choose your new number from the Select Numbers page, so please be specific in your request.
Please note - there will be a service charge of $50 applicable for each number replacement required. This will be processed at the time of change.
