Customer Service numbers are all about the category of the call, and that is what this graph shows. You can see the call counter breakdown daily by the number category of each phone number.

Note - for this graph, you may have multiple service numbers in each category. For the example above, this account has 3 Customer Service phone numbers, with only 1 Billing number.
