What are Online Calls?
Online calls are the numbers used across all of your online marketing activities.
This includes the two subcategories of:
- Digital On Page numbers (used in your session tracking on your website)
- Off Page numbers (used for other online sources but not on your website).
This report shows a split of your total tracked sessions by the device type, matched against the total calls based on the caller ID type of the user (eg: call used a mobile number vs a local number).
This is especially interesting as the percentage of sessions are nearly double for this client on mobile browsers (737) vs desktop browsers (406), but the calls on Feb 24 are exactly equal on the caller ID number type.
Metrics like this can help you understand the conversion activity and behaviour of your website visitors and your callers.
