What are Off Page Calls?

Off Page numbers are phone numbers that are in use online but not on your website.

This includes Google Places/Google My Business, Google Ads, Social Media or online Banner Ads.

Off Page services are important to track the online activity of callers that have yet to interact with your website but still need to be counted as a call conversion. They are best working in conjunction with your dynamic session tracking numbers to track all online activity across multiple sources.

The best example of this is for a Google Ad using Call Extensions. If a caller makes the call directly from the ad itself, it will be tracked by the Google Ads number, but if they click through the ad to your website, they will be tracked by your regular dynamic numbers, with the source of google cpc.

Off Page Calls by Type

Off Page numbers are all about the source or category of the call, and that is what this graph shows. You can see the call counter breakdown daily by the number category of each phone number.

Note - for this graph, you may have multiple service numbers in each category. For the example above, this account has approx 10 Google Places services, with only 2 Ads numbers.

You can use the Filter option to drill down further if required - eg: how many of these calls were ANSWERED vs UNANSWERED.

This graph shows your call count by the top 5 performing services.

You can see the call counter breakdown daily by the service name of each phone number, with all additional numbers being categorised together as "Other".

You can use the Filter option to drill down further if required - eg: what are the top 5 performing services with the number type (ie: sub-category) of Mobile Adwords (eg: Google Ads).

The Off Page report is a pre-filtered version of your Inbound Calls report, showing only the calls that are in the Off-Page category.

You can use this filtered report for easier access to calls of this category.
