What are Offline Calls?
Off Page numbers are phone numbers that are used for your offline marketing activities.
This includes sources such as Email, Direct Mail, PR, Radio and TV.
Offline tracking, also known as single-source tracking, involves assigning unique phone numbers to each marketing channel or advertising campaign, so that incoming calls can be accurately tracked and attributed to the source that generated them.
You can then track the volumes and behaviours of callers through that number and make judgements on campaign cost and ROI with the confidence they have contacted you only through the source this number has been allocated for.

Offline Calls by Type
Offline calls rely on the Number Type and Service Name to classify the source of the call, and that is what this graph shows. You can see the call counter breakdown daily by the number type of each phone number.
Note - for this graph, you may have multiple service numbers in each category. For the example above, this account has 1 Email number, 1 Direct Main service, and 17 numbers classified as "Other".
You can use the Filter option to drill down further if required - eg: how many of these calls were ANSWERED vs UNANSWERED.
More information on filters can be found here.
Offline Calls by Service
This graph shows your call count by the top 5 performing services.
You can see the call counter breakdown daily by the service name of each phone number, with all additional numbers being categorised together as "Other".
