The Online Status report will show the current online status of any of your Jet Phone or Cloud mobile Phone Users and the time they have been in this state. It will also display the Queues on your account, with number of available agents.
The green badge will tell you how many users are currently logged in on your account.
If you have no users logged in on your account, the Online Status chip will show as a red 0.
If you think this is incorrect, please open the Jet phone app on your device and ensure you are connected, with the words Phone Ready appearing at the top of your app. If you need more assistance, please follow the steps in this article: Troubleshooting Your Jet Apps.
The Online Status page is updated every 5 minutes if the page has not changed.
While using this page, clicking the green Refresh button will update your data to be real-time.
Phone Users
Your Phone Users list could look something like this:

You can clearly see users that are Available for a call or users that are Unregistered.
A user that is Unregistered can mean they are logged out or have no internet connection. If you are logged into your apps and this is still showing as unregistered, please follow our steps for Troubleshooting your Jet apps for mobile and desktop.
If a user is on a call, this will show as Busy.
If you see a warning icon next to your user, this just means you are using an older version of our applications. Hover over this warning to see which devices need to be updated.
IMPORTANT: do not update your application if your device falls below the minimum required software for the newer version. This version will be displayed on the downloads page, but you can also see our full compatibility information here: Jet App System Requirements & Compatibility
Queues
You can also see the Queues configured on your account, and the status of the Agents assigned to them. Please note, if an agent is assigned to multiple queues, they will show as logged out against both.
If you select a Queue using the checkbox to the left of the name, this will filter your list of phone users to show only members of this queue. You can also see any Queue delays on this screen.
