If you have Cloud Mobile services configured in your account, you will see the SMS message report displayed as a chip in your Action Bar along the top of your screen.
The SMS report is where you can view all SMS messages on your account for the last 28 days.
You use the search bar to search through your conversations by contact number, or the content of the last message sent or received from this contact. You can use the Date filter to widen your search rage (the default is the last 7 days).
Note - this search box is only for the left panel of your screen to display last message content or contact number. You cannot use this feature to search through your entire message history.
SMS with Multiple Phone Users
When a mobile number is set up with multiple recipients for SMS, you will be able to see which phone user received a message.
Note - Phone users names have been changed for privacy.
If multiple phone users are contacting the same caller ID, the message history will combine all threads in your report and show who has sent or received each message.
In the image below, you can see 3 different users contacting a single person.
Deleting SMS messages
You can delete SMS messages at either the individual message level or the entire thread.
Note - Deleting a message or a thread will only remove this from the SMS report within Jet Hub. Messages will still remain on any end-user device.
Invalid Messages
If the caller ID you are messaging is not a valid Australian mobile number, it will display as INVALID followed by the number we attempted to send your message to.
An INVALID message could occur because the number is missing a digit or is not formatted correctly. Australian mobiles should always be formatted as 614* (eg: 0400 000 000 becomes 61400000000).
If you see an INVALID number in your reports, please check the number you have entered and try again.
