This article will show you how to make a payment on your account.
You will need to have either a credit card or bank account already configured to make a payment.
If you do not have this set up, or want to change your default method, please view our article on how to Manage Payment Methods.
Pay your Account Balance
If your account balance is greater than $0.00, you can choose to pay the entire balance in one go. This balance may be made up of multiple invoices, but will not include any credit balance you may have.
To learn more about your account balance, please view our article on Billing Dashboard.
To pay this balance, select Pay Balance.
This will automatically pull in your default payment method.
You can change this to a different payment method if needed (this must already be set up on your account) and then select Pay to process.
Pay Specific Invoices
In the Invoices column, you can choose to select single, or multiple invoices and process a payment against these.Select Pay Invoices to process a payment for the selected items.
