Cordless Phone not connecting to Base

If your Cordless Phone is not connecting to the Base , Please follow the steps in this guide.

Please ensure your device is connected to an Internet connection.

 

Please follow these below to re register your device:

  1. On the handset, navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Scroll down to find Register Handset.
  3. Select your base station and press the OK soft key.
  4. When base station is located, press OK again.
  5. Enter the base station pin (default: 0000) then press Done to complete registration.

Please few test calls to confirm the setup is working as expected.
