Follow these steps below to make a conference call :
- Make or Answer a call.
- Press the "Conference" button on the touchscreen.
- Dial the number of the caller you wish to add to the conference call and press "Send" on the touchscreen.
- When the called party answers, press "Conference" on the touchscreen. The call will be added to the conference.
- While in a conference call you can do the following:
- Press the "Split" soft key to split the conference into two individual calls.
- Press the "Hold" soft key to place the conference on hold.
- Press "End Call" on the touchscreen, or the "Cancel" soft key to end the conference call.
A conference with up to three participants (yourself and two others) can be made using this procedure.
Setting up a local conference call
1. Place a call to the first party.
2. Select Conference to place a new call. (The active call is put on hold).
3. Dial the second party’s number. You can also select the desired contact from the search list or choose a contact from the placed call list or Directory before entering the number.
4. Select Conference to add the second party to the conference when the second party answers the call.
5. Repeat the above steps to add more parties to the conference.
Merging Two Calls into a Conference
You can invite a held call into a conference call with the active call.
1. Place two calls on the phone.
2. Select the desired call for a conference and ensure that the call is active.
3. Select Conference .
4. Highlight the desired hold call and select Send .
