Resave your callflow
Open the callflow you are having issues with. Remove the dial or queue widget that you are having issues with by clicking the widget and clicking the trash can that appears at the top left of the widget. Then re-add this widget from the blue + in the top left corner. Configure the new widget as normal and save your callflow.

Callflow audio messages are not playing
Reupload your audio files
Reupload the audio files into your callflow or queue setup and ensure these are in mp3 format. If this issue persists, contact Jet Support
