Multi-factor Authentication codes with Jet

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security measure that requires two or more proofs of identity to grant you access.

In order to modify certain aspects of your phone system with Jet Interactive, we will send you a one-time code to the email address you use to log into Jet Hub.

Once you receive this code, enter it as directed by the Jet Hub portal to complete the process.

If you call the Jet Support line, we may also ask you to complete an authorisation check for certain requests using this same method.

You will need to repeat the code you received back to our team member over the phone to progress with your support request.
