If you have international calling on your Phone User, you will be able to call countries outside Australia from any of your Jet apps or hardware.
To add this feature to your account, please see our article on Activating international calls.
Once activated, this will show against a configured Phone User as the green global icon.
You can hover over this icon to view the country code for the countries you have configured.
Making a call
To make a call to another country, you will need to include that country's international dialling code. For Australia, this is +61, New Zealand is +64, USA & parts of Canada are +1, etc.
Please ensure you know the full international number you are trying to contact, and confirm that you have access to this country before placing your call.
To make a call, hold down 0 to get your +, then enter the full international number before placing your call.
Alternatively, you can enter 0011 instead of the + - for example, an Australian mobile number of:
+61 400 000 000 --> 0011 61 400 000 000.
Or a New Zealand premium 0800 number could be:
+64 800 000 000 --> 0011 64 800 000 000
