Our apps are not locked to Australia and can be used by any device overseas, as long as you have an internet connection*.
Jet Interactive use VoIP technology to operate your services, meaning we pass calls via your internet connection.
Depending on the country you are in, or sometimes even the internet provider you are using, you may not be allowed to use VOIP or SIP services over your data allowance.
This could be due to an internal company protocol from your provider, or due to country-wide censorship laws for VoIP (eg: common in UAE and Pakistan).
This will cause your Jet app to not receive calls or SMS.
Please ensure you are using an internet connection with no VOIP/SIP restrictions to use Jet Phone successfully.
You may also find that using a VPN on your network will allow you to work around the restrictions in your country. The success of a VPN depends on the country and your network provider in this region. Please do your research to understand which option will work best for you.
