You can now order new services on the Account Services page in Jet Hub!
This includes increasing your Phone Users, adding selected Call Management features, or ordering new Call Tracking services.
Only Jet Hub users that are Account Admins can order new services.
Please ensure you have this access level before continuing.
You are unable to remove services or downgrade your account via the Account Services page.
Please contact Jet Support if you need to cancel any services.
Accessing Account Services
To order new services, log into your Jet Hub Portal.
Navigate to the Account section and click on Account Services.
If you see an error message like below, please click Create Ticket to submit a request to Jet Support. They will be able to upgrade your user permissions to include access to this page, or assist further if your account is not able to use this page due to a custom billing setup.
Choosing new services
There are 3 Product Categories you can purchase via this page:
- Phone Users
- Australian Numbers
- Call Management Features
You can click on each category to see the options and prices of each product. If you already have a quantity of this product, you will see this listed on this page.
To purchase a new number or user, use the + icon to increase your quantity
When you add a service, this will show in your Checkout Summary to the right of your screen.
You can keep track of your current service prices and expected increase on the bottom right of your screen.
Based on the images above, this account currently pays $172 per month.
Adding 2 x Cloud Mobiles and a Queue pack will increase their monthly cost by $101.
Click Continue to finalise your purchase.
For security, you will now need to complete an MFA process to authenticate your purchase.
This MFA code will be sent to your email address registered with Jet.
Once your MFA is complete, you will see your checkout summary and can proceed to the Checkout.
You will be asked to choose an existing payment method on your account, or add a new one for this purchase. If you have multiple payment methods on file, your default will be marked with a green star.
Payment via credit card is required at this stage.
You will only be charged for the price of these new services from the period of today's date until your next regular billing date. On your next regular billing date, your services will be charged for the upcoming month as normal.
Your new services are now available and are ready for you to set up immediately.
