The Jet apps run over your internet connection, so if your internet cuts out or is unstable, this could affect the connectivity of your phones.
You can troubleshoot any app issues in the article: Troubleshooting your Jet apps for mobile and desktop
But if you are finding that your app is logging out or not receiving calls, check the below settings in your device before contacting Support.
Has your device restarted recently?
If your device was recently restarted, you may need to relaunch the Jet app in order to receive calls again.
Is your device on low power mode?
Turning on low power mode on your device can cause some apps to work at a reduced availability to ensure the phone does not use excess power. This can impact your Jet phone availability as well, so always leave this turned off.
Is Wifi Calling turned on?
For all devices, please ensure you have Wifi Calling disabled.
Go to your phone Settings, select Phone and disable Wifi Calling.
Go to your phone Settings, select Connections and disable Wifi Calling.
Does your app have Network permissions enabled?
For all iPhones running iOS 14 or above, please ensure you have the Local Network permissions enabled.
- Go to your iPhone Settings, select Privacy, then Local Network and ensure Jet Phone is enabled.
Is your internet working and stable?
Are you able to load web pages and other internet-only functionality on your device? If you, are you driving (ie: switching towers for mobile service) or moving between data connections (ie: moving between wifi and 4G regularly)?
If all of the above suggestions are correct, then please Submit a Ticket with our support team and inform them of the result of all the above steps.
