Call Recording is a life-changing feature to help you manage your calls and agent performance. With recording management and storage in the Jet Hub portal, it's the perfect addition to your system to maximise your agent performance.
Jet offers 2 types of call recording features:
- Inbound - this will record all inbound calls across your entire account
- Outbound - a Jet app login with a mobile number and SMS capabilities
Order new Call Recording features
Please note, to order new services on your account, you must be an account Admin or authorised user.
Please speak to your account Admin if you do not have these privileges.
To add call recording to your account, please Submit a Request in the top right of this page to our team, select Order A New Service and choose Inbound Call Recording or Outbound Call Recording based on what you need.
If you are ordering outbound Call Recording, please include the number of Phone Users you need this feature active for in your ticket description.

Once these services have been added to your account, you will need to set them up.
