Using custom Metrics and Dimensions, we can create a specific Call Tracking dashboard within Analytics to give an overview of your phone call activity through Jet.
To do this, you will need to have custom definitions set up on your account. Please view our article on Setting up Custom Definitions in Google Analytics
Jet's Google Analytics Dashboard can look something like this:
This combines standard Analytics functions (such as the source/medium of sessions) with the specialised Jet Interactive data (such as call status, conversion page, etc) to give you a complete view of how your phone calls are supporting your marketing activities.
Our standard dashboard (above) can be sent as an unpopulated custom dashboard to you for implementation, but fields may need to be reset (due to a difference in index number).
The Jet team can also build you a custom dashboard that is more in line with your specific business needs.
