Account administrators are able to add new users to the Jet Interactive portal. New users can be added to view reporting, access billing or manage phone numbers and callflows. To add a new user to your Jet Phone System please contact us.

Step 1 - Navigate to the left hand menu, click on Security and then Account Users
Step 2 - Click on Invite, then enter the email address of the person you want to add. Click Invite
Step 3 - The person you invited will now have an email inviting them to join Jet Interactive. They will
need to click on the accept invite button. Then on the next screen click the Sign-Up button.
Step 4 - On the sign-up screen the new user will then need to enter the email address that was used to invite them and create a new password. Then click sign up
