Account administrators are able to add new users to the Jet Interactive portal. New users can be added to view reporting, access billing or manage phone numbers and callflows. To add a new user to your Jet Phone System please contact us.

Step 1 - Navigate to the left-hand menu, click on Security and then Account Users
Step 2 - Click on Invite, then enter the email address of the person you want to add. Choose the permissions you would like to grant this new user, and click Invite.
Step 3 - The person you invited will now have an email inviting them to join Jet Interactive. They will
need to click on the accept invite button. Then on the next screen click the Sign-Up button.
Step 4 - On the sign-up screen, the new user will then need to enter the email address that was used to invite them and create a new password. Then click sign up.
Note - if you are seeing Log In on the orange confirmation bar rather than Sign Up, please go back to your email and open the link in a private or incognito browser window. If this still does not work, please clear your browser cache and try again.
Once this process has been completed, you will be asked to log in with your new user credentials.
