Adding multiple answering points to your jet phone numbers allows you to set a call flow that rings multiple numbers or PBX extensions at the same time, or in a sequence. This can be a great way to ensure that you never miss a call.

Step 1 - Navigate to the left hand menu, click on telephony, then callflows
Step 2 - Find the callflow you want to modify and click the edit button
Step 3 - Click on the dial widget. The answering point you add can be any mobile or landline number OR you can add another Jet PBX user.
To change add a mobile or landline number, click external number, then enter the number including area code, name the number and click the blue plus.
To change to a Jet PBX user, click PBX then from the dropdown menu, select your PBX, then the agent that you want to add in as the answering point.
You can change the order of answering points by clicking on the arrows next to each answering point. You can change from simultaneous to sequential ring by using the selection button inside the dial widget.
Step 4 - Click anywhere on the canvas to save the widget. Your callflow should now be at 100%. You can save the callflow as a draft OR save as available to make the change live on all associated phone numbers. Saving your callflow automatically creates a new version so that you can easily roll back any changes.
